Empire Stores Dumbo

In 2013, Midtown won an RFP issued by Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation to redevelop seven abandoned coffee warehouses at 55 Water Street in Dumbo along the Brooklyn waterfront. With thoughtful planning and unmatched innovation, Midtown paid homage to history by maintaining and utilizing original architectural elements while pioneering the neighborhood’s innovative tech culture by modernizing design and transforming the site to attract locals and tourists of every background.
